How Much Is A 3 Bedroom House

At the moment we're looking for a three bedroom house to rent. The average price for one around here is £1100-£1200 not including council tax or bills(there are some lower loads higher). I have no idea if this is cheap or exspensive.

I was just wondering how much you have to pay and what city,town,village act you live in?

That sounds a lot to me. What area do you live in?

I rent a small 2 bed cottage on a country estate in Shropshire at £550, the going rate for 3 bed country properties on the same estate (all with big gardens) is around £750 (depending on size and how much modernisation has been done to it). I have looked at town properties with 3 beds and think your looking at around £800-£900.

I will be very interested to hear what others have to say.

sleepy isle of wight here 3 bed house is about £650 - £750 depending on size

Wiltshire and a 3 bed here is £850-£1100. Depending on rural, town and how modern!

We're in Cambridge so i fort it might be slightly more expensive, the main problem is that no one wants kids just sharers or couples grrrr

sounds a huge rent- i rent out a three bed house in Newcastle and I charge £560 pcm

We have a large 3 double bedroom one with ensuite & a large garden in Kettering, northants. We pay £550 a month. Everything depends on your area. They go from between 350 & 1000 depending on the area of Kettering. Xx

600 a month in devon. Thats fairly cheap. Everywhere else seems to be 675.

I'm in a large 3bed council house, the rent is £440.
Private rented houses in same close are £1100- £1400
